A vision takes root
Shortly after his marriage in January 2000, Rajesh began sensing a call to establish an enterprise that could financially support missionary work. His deepest desire was to serve God through full-time evangelisation. He envisioned a workplace where people could use their skills, earn a livelihood, and contribute towards the mission.
At the time, he was serving under a ministry, assisting with worship, outreach, and the proclamation of God’s Word. He was also developing software for its administration.
Alongside this ministry involvement, Rajesh worked as an R&D engineer at Super Energy Systems, a subsidiary of LGB Private Limited. His primary responsibility was programming programmable logic controllers. He also worked with Visual Basic, gaining experience that he applied to administrative software development.
Around March or April 2000, these experiences began coming together as a vision. Two neighbours who had embraced the Christian faith and were sharing community life had accounting backgrounds. Together, they could undertake accounting work for businesses, while Rajesh contributed software development and design. The earnings, he hoped, would eventually help sustain the mission.
At this stage, there was no name and no established company — only a shared willingness to begin. Their immediate need was a computer.

The first provision
One day, while preparing to go out, Rajesh jokingly told his newly married wife that her father should provide him with a computer. Knowing her family’s limited means, she was startled by the suggestion.
He then explained the joke: “Jesus is your Father. So let Him provide the computer for me!”
What began as a lighthearted conversation became a memorable part of the founding story. The next day, someone called Rajesh and asked whether he was planning to purchase a computer. The caller said he had received a dream indicating that God would provide one. Rajesh understood this as a confirmation of the vision he had been carrying in his heart.
During the same period, his manager, Mr. Fernandes, suggested that they start a firm together. Rajesh shared his ideas and explained that a computer would allow them to begin.
Later, Mr. Fernandes placed ₹40,000 in his hands to purchase the system. When Rajesh asked whose name it should be bought in, the answer was, “Purchase it in your name.”
For Rajesh, this was a deeply personal experience of God’s provision. The first computer gave the small group a practical starting point.

A shared vision receives a name
As Rajesh shared the vision, Arun Kumar was inspired to join. Mr. Fernandes, Rajesh, and Arun Kumar formed the founding partnership, with others contributing their accounting and professional skills.
Every Wednesday, the group gathered for prayer. They reflected on God’s guidance, discussed the previous week’s work, and planned their next steps. Prayer became part of the way they understood and carried the enterprise.
When the time came to choose a name, they prayed together. Mr. Fernandes shared that the name “Jireh” had come to him during prayer and encouraged Rajesh to read the account of Abraham and Isaac.
In Genesis 22, God provides a ram for the sacrifice, and Abraham names the place “The LORD will provide.” This meaning touched Rajesh deeply. Provision had already become central to their experience, and the group agreed on the name Jireh.
Arun Kumar suggested adding “Info,” reflecting their work with software and information technology. Rajesh proposed “Park,” expressing his hope for a place where different people, skills, and services could come together.
The name Jireh Info Park was born. On 20 May 2000, Rajesh’s wife Sheeba’s birthday, a small gathering marked its formal beginning as a partnership firm.

Finding a place to grow
The early journey required patience. For approximately eight months, the team searched for suitable premises without finding a place.
During this waiting period, Rajesh continued praying and sharing the encouragement he received through Scripture with the Wednesday gathering. Eventually, discouraged by the delay, he took half a day’s leave from work, returned home, and surrendered the vision to God in prayer. He felt inadequate to carry it and asked God to entrust it to someone else if necessary.
After praying in tears, he fell asleep. In a dream, he saw himself leading a gathering of young people in worship before the Vidhan Soudha building. He later understood this as encouragement to continue carrying the vision and to guide those involved spiritually.
He also found reassurance in the Gospel account of Jesus sending Peter and John to prepare the Passover meal in a furnished upper room. To him, this passage carried the assurance that a place had already been prepared.
The team subsequently found furnished premises on the first floor — an experience they received as another sign of God’s care. From there, the work continued to develop.

Growth, responsibility and a missionary calling
Through the early 2000s, Jireh Info Park gradually grew. More people joined, including personnel for technical service and marketing. By around 2004, approximately fifteen to sixteen people were working in the enterprise.
Growth brought responsibilities and financial pressures. Income remained limited, and the firm faced debts and difficulties. Yet the team continued to pray, work, and deepen its understanding of the enterprise as a missionary firm intended to support evangelisation and missionaries.
In 2004, Rajesh felt prompted to distribute responsibilities among those leading the work. The significance of that decision became clearer the following year.
Between 1 and 13 August 2005, he experienced a renewed missionary calling that led to the establishment of Jireh Ministries, later renamed Jireh Missions. After mid-August, his attention increasingly moved towards preaching, visiting colleges and schools, conducting retreats, and building the ministry across Tamil Nadu and beyond.
During this broader period, Jireh Info Park became a private limited company. Some employees also became shareholders as the enterprise sought a way forward through its financial challenges.

A difficult season
As Rajesh’s direct involvement in daily administration decreased, the company struggled to sustain its operations. From around 2008, losses increased and the team gradually reduced.
Eventually, only two people remained, then one, and finally no employees were left. It was a painful period for an enterprise that had begun with such hope.
Nevertheless, the company was not formally closed. Accounts and statutory filings continued, including nil returns when there was no business activity. The vision remained, even though the workplace had fallen quiet.

A fresh beginning
In 2016, while preparing for a Jireh Ministries mission meeting, Rajesh reflected on the Entebbe rescue operation, also known as Operation Thunderbolt. The account prompted reflection on rescue, deliverance, and the possibility of renewal.
As he discussed these thoughts with Moses Murugesh, both sensed encouragement concerning the future of Jireh Info Park.
By the end of 2016, preparations were underway for a fresh beginning. Another place was rented, funds were invested, and a small team was assembled.
On 1 January 2017, Jireh Info Park was re-inaugurated with five members.
Accounting consultancy, software development, and design work resumed. There were still changes in personnel and uneven earnings, but this new phase brought a significant improvement: salaries and rent could be paid without accumulating fresh debts, even though there was little surplus.

A move, a studio and a wider scope
Later, Rajesh sensed the need to move from the small first-floor office on Sowripalayam Road. A place was found near Velankanni Nagar, closer to his residence.
The move was completed just before the pandemic restrictions began. Its proximity to his home helped work continue through the disruption, although the team became smaller.
In the years that followed, premises were developed at his residence for the enterprise and ministry activities. Around 2022–2023, a studio was also established, creating space for video production, audio recording, and other media work.
As these capabilities developed, Rajesh came to understand that media services could form part of the enterprise’s wider purpose. Accounting, software, design, and media were gradually coming together under the same vision.

From Jireh Info Park to Jireh Innova Park
Around 2024–2025, a renewed direction brought the name Jireh Innova Park.
“Innova” expresses innovation — the growing scope to create, develop, and serve through different professional disciplines. The new name reflected an enterprise whose work had expanded beyond its original emphasis on information technology.
Rajesh understood this renewal as another stage in God’s guidance, much as Jireh Ministries had earlier become Jireh Missions. The purpose continued: to use professional work and creativity to help sustain the mission.
A new Jireh Innova Park (OPC) Pvt Ltd structure was established during this later phase.

The vision continues
Today, Jireh Innova Park (OPC) Pvt Ltd brings together accounting consultancy, software development, design, and media services. Its history includes provision and waiting, growth and loss, perseverance and fresh beginnings.
For its founder, Mr. Rajesh, the conviction at the heart of the journey remains the same: our skills, our work, and the resources they generate can serve God’s mission.
