Courier availability and delivery charges depend on the destination, the parcel’s dimensions and weight, and the quantity ordered. Charges are confirmed with the quotation.

Estimated production and delivery dates are quoted after product specifications, custom artwork and order quantities are confirmed.

What will my quotation contain?
Product or service specifications, chosen design, quantity, applicable design and production charges, delivery arrangements, taxes where applicable, payment terms and expected timeline.
When does work begin?
After the design and specifications have been approved and the payment terms in your quotation have been fulfilled.
What about revisions and cancellations?
Included revision rounds, any extra charges, and cancellation terms are explained in the individual quotation before confirmation. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Are digital media services restricted to Tamil Nadu?
No. The initial Tamil Nadu delivery focus is for manufactured physical products. Remote media service enquiries can be discussed separately.
